Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Use pastry cutter or knives to break lard into 1/2” pieces then
add to dry ingredients and continue cutting into flour mixture till
crumbly.
Add egg to measuring cup, then vinegar, then water to 3/4
cup. Mix slightly with fork.
Pour into lard & flour and mix with fork.
Pour onto floured counter and gather to make dough. Break
into 5 or 6 balls and place into bowl and cover to chill in fridge.
Take one ball at a time to roll out onto floured counter to
prepare for pie plate or muffin tins.
