2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup light olive oil or canola oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 larg egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup blueberriers or raspberies fresh or frozen
1 1/2 cup pittsted sweet cherries fresh or frozen or jarred
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
2 teaspoons raw can sugar

preheat oven to 350 Coat a 9 inch baking dis or springform pan with cooking spray. if using frozen fruit thaw first. Whisk flour baking powder cinnamon and salt in a large bowl, Whisk milk applesauce oil sugar egg and vanilla in med bowl until blended. add wet to dry until mixed
fold fruit into batter until blended, spoon into prepared pan, sprinkle with almond and sugar. bake 45 to 55 min 8 slices 305 calories per slice
