Preheat oven to 350. In skillet melt butter and add sliced onions. Saute onions until soft. Place on plate and set aside. Use same skillet and spray with pam.
Season each chicken with paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Place into skillet and cook on each side 5-7 minutes. Add onions back in. Pour in can of soup. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer chicken onions and sauce into baking dish and top with cheese. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly.
