5-6 hot Italian sausage patties (or empty the links from casing)
1 small head cauliflower chopped
3 cups Kale
1.5 cups chicken bone broth (or stock)
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 8oz block cream cheese
Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes if you like things spicy
Instructions
Brown the onion and Italian sausage in a soup pot.
Add cauliflower, kale, and broth. Cook until veggies
are softened slightly. Add cream, cream cheese, and
spices. Cook until cream cheese is melted
