     Italian Meatballs

Servings   30 2 oz meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef (80/20)
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 cup italian bread crumbs
1 cup grated parmesan
1 cup of milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp granulated garlic
2 tsps basil
 
2 tsps oregano
2 tsps thyme
2 tsps salt
2 tsps pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly, let sit for 15 minutes. Roll out meatballs and bake on foil lined, sprayed sheet pan or parchment.
Bake until golden and done in the middle about 30 to 40 minutes. Size of meatballs determines time needed to cook.
You can portion out and freeze for up to 4 months after they cool down.
