2-3 large cooked, diced and shredded chicken breast
1/2 c. Flour
1 small rice-a-roni or wild rice or chicken flavored rice
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Sauté veggies in a little oil. Add next 7 ingredients using only 1
cup milk. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
Add flour to other cup milk, and whisk , add to soup.
Add rice and cook 20 minutes. Can be cooked in crockpot for
2-3 hours on high.
