so bring to a boil and add certo. Boil hard for 1 minute. Take off heat
and stir and skim for 5 min. This jam does not set hard but is delish.
I followed the recipe but next time would add Orange or Lemon. I like
tart though. Hope you enjoy
I use frozen sliced strawberries and frozen cranberries. Place in pot
when partly thawed then run a pastry cutter through the berries to
break up a bit. Then add sugar and off to the stove.
