     Fish Cake inarizushi

Ingredients
1 lb. fish paste
1 t. Grated ginger
2 T minced green onion
2 T minced cilantro
2 T shredded carrot
1 egg beaten
10 pieces inari age
 

Instructions
Combine fish paste with ginger, green onion, cilantro and carrot. Fold in egg. Squeeze excess liquid from inari age. Stuff about 1/4 C filling. Steam 5 minutes at least.
