Place eggs in saucepan, cover with water. Bring
water to boil, remove from heat, let stand 15
minutes. Transfer to ice water until cool enough
to handle.
Peel eggs, and halve lengthwise. Transfer yolks
to small bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in
mayonnaise, cheese, mustard until well combined.
Spoon yolk mixture into egg halves. Chill,
covered, until ready to serve. Top eggs with
bacon and sprinkle with chives.
