     Teriyaki Sauce

1/3 cups and 2 teaspoons soy suace
2 heaping tea spoons of honey
1/2 cup water
1/2 cub of OJ
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of water
2 teaspoons of cornstarch

Combine soy sauce, 1 cup liquid, garlic, ginger, honey and brown sugar in a small saucepan.
Simmer 2 minutes or until brown sugar is dissolved.
Combine the water and cornstarch to create a slurry. Pour into the boiling sauce a little at a time to reach desired consistency.
