1/2 pound sirloin beek, trimmed, cut into 1/2 thick inch strips
4 cloves of garlic
2 tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
Cook fettuccine al dente, according to package
directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mash avocado until smooth. Stir
in lime juice, yogurt, and salt. Set aside.
In a large skillet on medium heat, add beef and
saute for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 5
minutes more. Drain beef and garlic in a fine
mesh strainer, then transfer to bowl with
avocado mixture. Add fettuccine and toss. Top
with tomatoes.
