Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large, deep saute' pan over
medium high, heat the oil. Add chicken and cook for about 4 minutes
on each side. It will not be cooked through. Transfer chicken to a
plate
Return the pan to medium heat and add onions. Sauté until softened
and moderately browned. Stir in the garlic and saute for one minute.
Stir in flour, both paprika and stir. Add bay leaf, tomatoes, and broth.
Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally and scraping up bottom.
Return chicken to pan, along with any juice on the plate. Cook for
another 10 minutes, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, cook
noodles per package directions. Drain.
When chicken is cooked, remove pan from heat. Remove bay leaf,
then stir in sour cream. Serve chicken and sauce over noodles.
