Place the steamer basket inside the Pot and then layer
eggs. Add 1 c. water, lock the lid onto the pot, and set the
valve to seal. Cook on MANUAL HIGH PRESSURE x5 min.
Then allow it to sit for an additional 5 min on natural release
then switch valve to vent. Remove lid and place eggs into
ice cold water x5 min. Drain.
