     Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
1 lg minced onion
4 beaten eggs
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground pepper
3/4 cup melted margarine
 

Instructions
Thaw and drain spinach well. Mix all ingredients and shape into small balls and chill several hours or overnight. Bake 20 mins in preheated 350 degree oven on parchment lined baking sheet. Serve hot or warm. Can be reheated. Can be frozen - thaw before baking. Recipe can be doubled.
