     Mexican Burger Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg of ground meat (any kind, approx. 16 – 20 oz)
1 can chili beans (I use S&W brand, 15.5 oz)
1 can tomato sauce (8 oz)
4 tbsp Schilling Taco seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2 cp broken corn tortilla chips
¾ cp sour cream
½ cp green onion, chopped
 
1 tomato, chopped
1 sm can sliced olives
¾ cp cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions
Brown meat, mix in beans, tomato sauce, taco seasoning & garlic powder. Lightly grease casserole dish, sprinkle crushed tortilla chips on the bottom. Add meat mixture, spread evenly. Add sour cream, layer evenly across. Sprinkle green onions, chopped tomato, olives and grated cheese. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve w/ extra chips if you want.
