1/2 cup whole milk ricotta
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 cup whip cream
cannolli shells
 
Instructions
mix all ingredients together pipe into shells top with chocolate sprinkles or mini chocolate chips
