1 stick margarine

1 tsp. vanilla

1 sm. can of coconut

1 cup chopped pecans

5 egg yolks

1 cup buttermilk
|

5 egg whites

1 8 oz. cream cheese
|
|
1 box powdered sugar
|
|
1/2 stick margarine softened
|
|
1 tsp. vanilla
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cream shortening and margarine. Add sugar beat well. Add egg yolks
mix well. Alternate dry mixture with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla,
coconut, and pecans.

Make icing, if it is too thick, add milk to make the correct consistency,
top cake with icing and sprinkle on pecans.
