     Mexican Brunch Casserole

Preptime   8-12 hours

Ingredients
1 lb. bulk hot sausage browned
6 eggs beaten
2 cups milk
1 tea. dry mustard
1 tea. salt
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 slices of bread, cubed
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese or maxican blend
 

Instructions
Pour into greased 8 x 10 baking dish. Sprinkle cheese on top. Chill covered 8-12 hours. Let stand at room temp for 45 mins. Bake uncovered 350 for 45 mins. Serve with tortillas, pico and guacamole.
