In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Cut the butter
into the dry ingredients. Stir in the milk, mixing with a fork nil the
dough forms a ball.
Heavily flour a work surface, use a rolling pin to make the dumpling
dough VERY thin (unless you like thick dumplings). Sprinkle fresh
ground black pepper on the outside of the dumpling dough. Cut into
dumplings.
Bring broth to a boil and drop dumplings in one at a time stirring while
you add them. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until they are not
doughy tasting. Add the chicken, heat and eat.
