Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in sugar and vanilla.
Beat eggs one at at time into mixture. Blend in sour cream. Bake at
350 for 60-70 minutes or until firm. Turn off oven LEAVING THE
DOOR OPEN AND ALLOW CHEESECAKE TO REMAIN IN OVEN 1
HOUR.
Take out of oven and allow to cool... Then CHILL!
