1 Pie Shell

1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla
|
| |
1/4 tea. almond extract
|
| |
1 - 3 oz. cream cheese softened
|
| |
Mix all above and place in the pie shell
|
| |
2 cup heavy whipping cream - whipped
|
| |
Strawberry TOPPING
|
| |
1/2 cup water
|
|
|
| |
1/4 cup sugar
|
| |
1 TAB. Cornstarch
|
| |
1 Pint Strawberry
|
| |
Slice thin and Crush 1/2 cup ripe strawberries
|
| |
Add water and cook for 2 mins. stain juice and use
|
| |
Combine cornstarch and stir in berry juice. cook until thick.
|
| |
Place on top, chill
|
