Peel and quarter apples
In a big pan with a little water cook to mush on medium
Approx. 45 minutes. Putting on a lid will make this cook faster.
For 8 apples add 3/4 cups sugar adjust accordingly
add cinnamon and red hots about 1 bag if you like it spicy.
