Whip 100 strokes the yeast, warm water, sugar, salt, oil, and 2 C. flour.
Add 4 C. flour and stir till well blended.
Leave spoon in dough and let rise 1 hour stirring down every 10 minutes.
Divide dough in 2 pieces and pat out on floured board to desired length - dough is very soft.
Roll up like a jelly roll.
Place on greased cookie sheet - dusted with cornmeal if desired sealed side down.
Slit tops diagonally - sprinkle with seeds if desired.
Let rise about 30 minutes.
Bake at 400 degrees 25-30 minutes.
Bet you can't keep from eating a whole loaf in one sitting!
