     Marinated Carrots

2 lbs. carrots
1 Sm. green pepper
1 Onion
1 Cup tomato juice
3/8 Cup White Vinigar
1 Cup granulated sugar
1 Tsp. prepared mustard
1 Tsp. Worchestshire Sauce

Slice and boil carrots till tenderly crisp. Rinse in ice water and drain.
Chop onion and pepper and add the carrots. Combine all the remaining ingredient and sir over low heat.
Pour marinade over vegetables and refrigerate for 24hrs. (stays fresh for 2 wks.)
