     Sheet Pan Taco Chicken and Vegetables

1 c. shredded Mexican cheese
18 chicken tenderloins
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. panko bread crumbs
16 oz. frozen vegetables
3 T. olive oil

In a small bowl, combine Panko bread crumbs and taco seasoning. Add chicken to large zipper bag and 1/2 of the olive oil. Shake around bag to coat chicken in olive oil. Add 1/2 of bread crumb mixture to chicken. Place broccoli in separate zipper bag. Add remaining olive oil and bread crumb mixture to the bag and shake to mix.
Add prepped chicken and vegetables to sheet pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. During last 3 minutes, sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with dinner rolls.
