4 eggs
1 small onion
2 pieces matzah
1-2 T butter
salt and pepper

Saute onions in butter until a little brown. Scramble 4 eggs in a bowl. In a different bowl, break up 2 pieces of matzah into chunks- not too small. Soak the matzo in water for about 1-2 minutes, but donít let it turn to mush. Drain the water, add the matzah to the eggs. Then cook in the pan with the onions until the eggs are cooked. Add salt and pepper as you cook.
