Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 inch
springform pan.
Mix the cream cheese, and ricotta together in a
mixing bowl until well combined. Add sugar,eggs,
lemon juice,vanilla, cornstarch, flour and butter
Fold in sour cream and pour into the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour. turn off oven
and leave cheesecake 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight
