     Italian Ricotta cheesecake

Ingredients
2 8oz pkg cream cheese whipped
1 16oz container whole milk ricotta cheese
1 3/4 C sugar
4 eggs
1 tbl lemon juice (I used almond flavor)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbl cornstarch
3 tbl flour
1 pint sour cream
 
1/2 C melted butter, cooled

Instructions
Heat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9 inch springform pan. Mix the cream cheese, and ricotta together in a mixing bowl until well combined. Add sugar,eggs, lemon juice,vanilla, cornstarch, flour and butter
Fold in sour cream and pour into the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven 1 hour. turn off oven and leave cheesecake 1 hour. Refrigerate overnight
