Add onion and ground beef to skillet and brown,
breaking into crumbles. Drain off fat. Add
Welveeta, cut into cubes until melted.
Place into bowl along with the pickles,
Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Stir to
combine.
put 1/2 a slice of cheese onto wrapper then place about 1/4 filling
on each 1/2 slice cheese and roll into egg roll, sealing last corner
with a water dipped finger (I can't teach you this,
YouTube it)
Preheat air fryer to 350. Brush outside of egg
rolls with vegetable oil. Place egg rolls in
air fryer basket in single layer, leaving gaps
between the egg rolls (do not let them touch).
I was able to get 6 in at a time. Cook for 6-7
minutes then turn the over and cook for another
4 minutes.
