1large tart apple like honey crisp or Granny Smith)cored
4 oz feta cheese
1/2 C pecans coarsley chopped
Instructions
Whisk together vinegar,olive oil, mustard honey, salt and pepper.
Add the spinach and toss to coat. Then add apple feta and pecans. Serve immediately.
Vinaigrette can be stored for a week in an air tight container if you want to serve later.
