     Protein Packed Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 and 1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup 2% greek yogurt
 

Instructions
Add dry ingredients to a bowl. In separate bowl, combine wet ingredients until well mixed.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir together until well combined.
Spray pan with cooking spray and heat on medium low heat. Use 1/4 cup to portion out pancakes that are about 4 inches in diameter.
Cook until bottom side is brown, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip. Cook additional 2 to 3 minutes.
