Mix cream cheese , egg, salt sugar and ch chips. set aside
Add wet ingredients to dry...do not overtax
Filll liners 1/3 full and put a dollop of cream cheese in center
Bake 350 25-30 min. I adjust for Desert 345 22min.
Do not overtake. about 14 - 16 cupcakes
