     Pumpkin Holiday Cake

Ingredients
3 1/3 C flour
2 2/3 C sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tbsp vanilla
2 C pumpkin
 
1/2 C water
1/3 C brandy OR 1/3 C additional water
2 eggs
1 c raisins
1 c chopped walnuts
3/4 c fine bread crumbs
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients together. Add pumpkin, water and brandy. Add nuts and raisins. Mix well.
Grease well a bundt pan and dust with fine bread crumbs.
Bake 350 degrees for 45 min to 1hr
Eat plain or drizzle in powder sugar glaze.
