     Swordfish Italiano

Ingredients
4 swordfish steaks
5 tbl olive oil
3 oz raisins
1 clove minced garlic
10 green olives sliced
3 oz pignoli nuts
2 tbl capers
salt and pepper
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes
 

Instructions
Soak raisins in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside. Preheat oven to 400
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Saute garlic.add raisins,tomatoes,olives,pignoli,and capers. Cover pan, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.
Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Place in a lightly oiled baking dish. Top with cooked sauce and bake 30 minutes.
