1/3 cup cashews
|
| |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
|
| |
3 Tablespoons honey
|
| |
Salt
|

Pepper
|

Oregano

Instructions |

Soak cashews in some water for 30 minutes to an hour. Drain
|
|
|
|
Blend cashews, balsamic, honey, several shakes of salt,
pepper and oregano. Scrape down sides and blend again.
|
|
|
|
Serve over Greek salad or black bean, corn and rice salad.
|
|

This is quite sweet, I may want to try it with a bit less honey. Delicious though!
