     GF Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
1 lb GF Fettuccini pasta
1 TBS butter
1 lb cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic minced
1 CUP half and half
6 TBS grated Parmesean cheese
1 TBS fresh chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Bring a large pot slightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook according to directions. Drain
In a large skillet or wok, cook and stir shrimp and garlic in butter for about 1 minute. Pour in half and half, stir. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, stir in parsley stirring frequently.
When sauce has thickened, combine with cooked pasta and serve hot with garlic bread
