     Grilled Blackened Sea Bass

Ingredients
2 t paprika
1 t garlic salt
1 t dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 t black pepper
small pinch cayenne
3 T butter, melted
2 6 oz skinless sea bass fillets
 

Instructions
Preheat grill. Combine all seasonings in a small bowl and mix well. Melt butter in small saucepan and pour into a plate.
Dip sea bass into melted butter, evenly coating both sides. Sprinkle both sides of sea bass with seasoning mixture. ( I've been coating fillets in seasoning.)
Place on grill and cook covered for approximately 6 to 8 minutes or until it is blackened and flakes easily. Turn halfway through grilling time. Serve with lemon.
