     Chipotle Rice

Ingredients
2 T Avocado Oil
4 cups cooked rice
1 lime or 2 T juice
1/4 Cup cilantro chopped
1/4 t salt
1/8 t black pepper
 
Instructions
Make rice before hand. Put rice in crockpot 1-2 hours before serving.
Add all ingredients and stir.
