     Homemade Coleslaw

Ingredients
1/4 large green cabbage (about 300g)
4 carrots
1.5 dl greek yogurt
1 tbsp. good-quality mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1-1.5 tbsp balsamic (or white vinegar)
Salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
SMix a dressing from the sour cream, mayonnaise, balsamic, sugar and salt and pepper. Finely chop/shred the green cabbage and the carrots and mix it together in a large bowl. Pour the dressing in the cabbage/carrot mixture and mix it well. Add more salt, pepper and sugar if you prefer. Leave the coleslaw in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Serving Suggestions
Use as side dish for BBQ
