Pork - Bacon Wrapped Crock Pot Pork Loin

Category   Entrees - Maindishes
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 pork loin, sliced 1-1/2 to 2 inches thick
12 slices of bacon
10.5 oz can beefy mushroom soup
1 oz. brown gravy mix packet

Instructions
Slice pork loin and wrap each piece with 2 pieces of bacon. Place in the crock pot. Sprinkle the packet of gravy mix over the top evenly.
Pour the soup over everything. Cover and cook on low about 5 hours. Before serving, place meat on a cookie sheet under the broiler for just a couple of minutes so bacon can crisp up.
NOTE- The pork seemed to shrink up a bit, but looked and tasted like bacon wrapped pork medallions. Very tender and good.
You can substitute boneless pork chops instead of pork loin. I find the pork loin to be much more tender than chops.
