     Sheet Pan Hash Browns

Ingredients
16 oz. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
1/4 cup melted butter or oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/2-1 cup Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp finely chopped chives
 

Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl toss hash brown with melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add egg and cheese and gently mix until evenly combined. Spread hash browns onto large rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake until crispy, about 25-30 minutes.
