Brown chicken in skillet with garlic and sprinkle with ranch seasoning packet. Add mushrooms when chicken is half way cooked. Add more seasoning. Once brown turn on low and add 4 oz of cream cheese. Let simmer until chicken is almost cooked through. Add fresh parsley and chopped green onion and let simmer another minute Serve over butter noodles (noodles, garlic, parsley, & olive oil) add Parmesan cheese if on hand
