1 lb ground beef / sausage - more if desired
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup parmesan, shredded
1/4 cup milk
1 cup broth, divided in half
1 egg
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp oregano or Italian seasoning
2 tsp dried onion
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Preheat oven to 450. In medium bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan, milk, 1/2 cup broth, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasonings. Mix well
Add meat to mixture until just combined. Do not over mix.
Coat a baking sheet with rimmed edges with cooking spray and place rolled meatballs onto sheet. Pour remaining broth around meatballs and bake for 25 minutes.
