     Rhubarb Sticky Pudding

3 c rhubarb
1 c flour
2/3 c granulated sugar
1/3 c milk
2/3 c melted butter...cooled
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c icing sugar
1 T cornstarch
1 c water

Oven at 350 Grease or spray a 9x9 pan or 2 quart dish. Add rhubarb to the pan.
In a bowl combine flour granulated sugar milk butter baking powder salt and vanilla. Mix well till smooth and spread over the rhubarb.
In another bowl mix icing sugar and corn starch. Sprinkle over batter. Pour water over top.
Bake for 1 hour at 350. Remove from oven and cool slightly or all the way. Whatever you prefer. Serve with whip cream or ice-cream.
