     Pecan Crusted Tilapia

1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbs. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup buttermilk
couple gtts hot sauce
3 Tbs. flour
4 6oz tilapia fillets
1 Tbs. avocado oil

Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow dish. Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in medium bowl. place flours in shallow dish. Dredge i fillet ion flour. Dip in Buttermilk, dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Repeat. I cut the recipe in half for two and used three dinner plates for flour, milk, and breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add 2 fillets, cook 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Repeat for other two fillets. Serve with lemon wedges.
