Baby Red Potatoes, halved
|

Baby Carrots
|

Green Beans, trimmed

Yams, cut
|

Mushrooms, whole
|

Onions, sliced

2 Tbsp Parsley
|
|

Sauce-
|
|
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
|
|
1/2 cup Honey
|
|
1/4 Cup Ketchup
|
|
4 Cloves, Minced
|
|
1 Tsp. Dried Basil
|
|
1/2 Tsp. Dried Oregano
|
|
1/4 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
|
|
1/4 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
|
|
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
In large bowl combine soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, basil,
oregano, red pepper flakes, parsley and pepper.

Place large chicken pieces, potatoes, carrots, yams,
mushrooms and mixture above into slow cooker (all
ingredients except beans).
|
|
|
Cover and heat on low heat for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4
hours, basting every hour. Add beans during last 30 minutes.
