     Coconut Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Gooey Bars

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 c old fashioned oats
2 c flaked sweetened coconut
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c butterscotch chips
14 oz condensed milk (I used small can)

350 degrees grease 13x9 pan. Combine flour, salt, oats, coconut and burn sugar in mixer and mix at slow speed. Add butter and mix until a crumbly dough forms. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in chocolate and butterscotch chips. Reserve 1 1/2 c dough for topping. Press rest into pan. Sprinkle with more chips if desired. Bake 10 min. Pour condensed milk evenly over hot crus. Top evenly with reserved cookie dough. Bake 25-30 min until golden brown. Cook and cut into bars Reminds me of 7 layer bars. Very yummy.
