     Sal's Grandmother's Pizza

Ingredients
1 pkg. Fleichmen's Active Dry Yeast
1 1/4 cup .warm. not hot water
2 Tbsp olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
3 cups flour
Crisco for greasing pans
1 tsp. salt
 
1 (29 oz) can Hunt's tomato sauce
olive oil
6 whole garlic cloves
fresh parsley (dried is fine)
oregano
black pepper
parmesan cheese

Instructions
Whisk yeast & warm water in glass bowl until dissolved. Add olive oil & salt. Gradually add flour. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover with Saran wrap & dish towels, let rise. Knead for 5 minutes. Cover and let rise again.
Spread Crisco on pizza pans. Arrange dough in pans. Spread sauce & cheese. Bake at 450 or 475 on bottom rack .watch. if bottom browning too fast, put on top rack. Cook 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
For sauce- Enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, plus a bit more. Add can of sauce. Add whole garlic cloves. Add a pile of parsley, oregano, pepper, and parm cheese. Cook and stir til done. Spread on dough.
