Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs and bananas.
Soft dry ingredients. Stir in the banana mix. Add
water and vanilla. Mix well.
Pour into greased-sprayed loaf pan. Tent the loaf pan with foil. Bake
at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove foil and bake another 20-30
minutes. (Baked in a stone loaf pan)
