     Mushroom wild rice stuffing

Ingredients
Butter - 1/2 c.
Mushrooms - 1 lb. Sliced fresh. Or 8 oz can
Onion - 1/2 c. Chopped
Parsley - 1/2 c. Minced
Celery - 1 c. Chopped
Water - 1/3 c., plus another 1/3 c.
Wild rice - 4 c. Cooked
Salt - 1 1/2 t.
Pepper - 1/8 t.
 

Instructions
Cook wild rice per package directions. Set aside. In heavy skilled melt butter. Accusations and cook 5 minutes. Remove mushrooms and set asise. Add onion, parsley and celery. When onions turn yellow add 1-3 c. Water, wild rice, salt and pepper. Add second 1/3 c. and mushrooms. Summer 15 minutes.
