     Ground Beef- Instant Pot Lasagna

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 egg
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 
no-boil lasagna noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce

Instructions
Brown ground beef using saute setting. Mix ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg, and spices. Line a spirngform pan with parchment paper and put noodles (broken in pieces) on top. Cover the noodles with a layer of pasta sauce. Add layer of half of ground beef. Add layer of half of cheese mixture. Repeat layers then add another layer of noodles and sauce. Top with remaining cheeses.
Add 1.5 cups water to the inner pot. Cover springform pan with foil and place on a trivet with handles in the Instant Pot. Lock lid on pot and set valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 30 minutes then naturally release pressure for 10-15 minutes. If desired, broil on high for a few minutes in oven brown cheese.
